Remuneration Policy
For the main part, our staff members are remunerated on the basis of a fixed salary in line with market conditions. We direct our staff to act ethically and with due care. Focus is on the interests of our clients and our company in the long term. The assessment of certain conduct from our staff determines both the amount of the fixed and of the variable income of our staff members. Depending on their position and assessment, there is the possibility that our staff members receive variable remuneration.
